Tony Manus
House Manager
Tony Manus comes to the Surrender House with many years of work experience as a detention officer with the Denton county sheriffs office as well as 12 years working in Dallas for a well-known company. Tony also served in the US Army for 8 years after graduating High School.
Tony moved to Denison in YYYY to become house manager for The Surrender House and has held that position for the last 14 years.
Tony has been sober for the last 15 years.
Christy Ghabbour-Mockler: Co-director
Christy Ghabbour Mockler comes to The Surrender House with years of public experience. Christy served her country as a marine and then as a Sgt/Detective in law enforcement.
She brings an incredible amount of energy and passion to everything she does.
Peder Mockler
Co-Director
Perder “Doc” Mockler is a US Army combat Medic veteran with over 30 years service to country and community. He always seeks to help others and has a “Leave it better than how you found it” mentality.
His exceptional dedication and compassion for others is invaluable to The Surrender House.
Tracy Homuth
Advisor
Tracy Homuth has spent his entire working career in sales and sales management, in both a national and Regional position. In 1997 he entered the Real Estate Industry as a Realtor and opened his own Firm in 2000 as JTD Homes. After a three year partnership he Changed the name to Tracy Realty and in 2013 moved the business to Pottsboro Texas. Tommi Homuth joined the company and skillfully put them on the map. Tracy then started a Property Management Company and they still mange over 40 properties in the local market
2024 brought about his retirement and as a result he had time to volunteer to help manage the business of The Surrender House, a sober living facility. So much for retirement!
